Antipodean Aviation teamed with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University – Worldwide (ERAU) now offers traditional core aviation training programs along with over 40 unique programs to the international market. The project has brought together like minded educators and businesses including equipment manufacturers to provide training to meet the future demands of the industry, globally.

Traditional areas of training available to students seeking a professional career include fixed wing and helicopter pilot training, commencing in March 2013 with the first Phase of the project offering all levels of pilot theory for both fixed wing and helicopter along with instrument and instructor rating ground schools uniquely under FAA, CASA and EASA/JAA regulatory frameworks. This will be followed up in the 2nd half of 2013 with all practical flight training for FAA, CASA and EASA/JAA licenses being offered from three academies globally.

In addition to the core aviation flight training programs, Antipodean Aviation and the team now offer specialized aviation training in a number of different sectors including non-pilot aircrew such as Fixed Wing Loadmaster/Dropmaster, Helicopter Hoist Operator, Helicopter Rescue Swimmer, and Helicopter Flight Paramedic/Rescue Officer. Stand alone or extended specialised programs also include Helicopter Rappelling and Helicopter Fast Roping operations. Antipodean Aviation also offers a number of safety programs for the industry such as Aircraft Ditching, Escape and Survival / Helicopter Underwater Egress Training (HUET) with or without Emergency Breathing Systems (EBS) and a number of unique programs such as the Helicopter Landing Officer / Landing Zone Coordinator and Wire and Obstacle Environment Awareness Course to name a few.
